Do you have a physical store or only online?

Currently, ATEM products are only available online, although soon you will also be able to purchase them at different craft fairs in Spain.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? Can I follow up?

All ATEM orders are prepared and shipped within 2-5 business days, processing time varies depending on the complexity of the design.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping information and the tracking number so that you can see where your earrings are at all times.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping costs are:

•€4.99 to mainland Spain

•€6.99 to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla

How to care for your jewelry?

  • Remove your jewelry
    if you are going to shower or come into contact with water

  • Try not to put them in contact with perfumes and
    creams

  • If you are going to exercise, it is also recommended that you take them off

  • Always go to bed without jewelry, its shine will last longer and you will sleep better

  • When you are not going to wear your jewelry, store it in a jewelry box or optimal container.

  • Clean them by rubbing gently with a cloth.
